Mabel

Well I snuck off to bed last night without letting Dale bug me... but its ok because Mabel did his job. Adam's cat Mabel generally pretends she doesn't like me, but last night she came to visit while I was reading in bed. She proceeded to get very absorbed in her kneeding of my blanket.

I think May lost her mommy very early... most cats who do the kneeding thing were taken away from their mom too soon. Most cats will sit down and get this faraway look and start kneeding the pillow or you. Mabel actually buries her face into whatever she is kneeding. Last night it was my blanket. She also drools... the whole corner of my comforter and part of my pillow was soaked! Such a sweetie. :)
