Since my conversation with Sue, two developments have occurred:
1) It is very likely that the subject meeting will not occur as a face-to-face, due to schedule constraints on the part of Tracy Williams (of ONR), although it is still possible that a phone conference will occur. I will keep you and Sue apprised.
2) Feedback from my management is that they would prefer my backup to have more programmatic experience. Two candidates for this qualification are Sue and Dave Piatkowski ( of Enabling Technology branch), neither of whom can travel next week, so it looks like, if the trip does become necessary, I will be going alone.
My apologies for the change in plans.
