spoken to the realtor and I wanted to give you as much notice as possible.
As per our conversation when you signed the lease... I am selling my house
... therefore I am giving you two months notice to find a new place. By April
1st I will need everything out of downstairs. Patrick

Can anyone help me find lyrics? Whenever I do a google search the word "notebook" results in a bunch of computer spam resell sites....

And not to be mean, but I've checked most of the lyric sites I know. So don't just post something that 'might' have them!
