I've discovered that most of Peter's time is spent in meetings... and most
of these meetings are not really meetings, they are phone calls with 1-3
people in this location and 1-3 people in another location or two. The
people in this location all converge into someone's office and talk on a
speaker phone. The worst possible situation for me to be in!!!

If I had advance notice of these, 48 hours preferred, but doable with less
than 24, then I could get FREE HIGH QUALITY CART transcription/captioning
for the call. But since I never know about them, or they are just
impromptu, or they don't use the conference call bridge, I can't
participate.

I'm going to try bringing in my CapTel phone and finding an analog jack or
two for it to use somehow. That would help a lot, but the quality would
suck... and somehow I think they'd all forget to call me anyway.

Need to talk to Jeff about this too.

Pout!

Can I use Virginia's HOV lanes in my hybrid vehicle even though my
car is registered in Maryland?
In order for a hybrid vehicle to use Virginia's HOV lanes, you must
have Virginia clean special fuel license plates. This is the only way
we have to monitor the use of these lanes when there is only one
individual in a car. In order for Virginia to honor Maryland plates,
we would need a reciprocal agreement between the two states, and no
such agreement exists to our knowledge.
