Why do I work for/with someone who makes me cry?
I'm ok. Just mad. I shouldn't have to deal with this.
Ken chose today to do a performance review though. We took turns criticizing and defending Sue. After working with her for almost 2 years I probably know as much about dealing with her as Ken does. But she doesn't make him cry. Lucky him for being the boss.
I feel bad for Ken. He was praising John, Kevin and I and talking about how lucky he is to have gotten 3 really intelligent and hardworking engineers. "The Government doesn't always get people like you three." Well if I were him I'd be asking what he has to do to keep us.
