Mom says that's what everybody says, but she's looking for Donations. Monetary or preferably work donations. :)

There's a leak somewhere around the rudder, and we need a small person to crawl in there and watch for it while motoring...

They need new screens which most likely must be custom made from the old ones.

There's a sail that gramps bought that he has all pinned up to be hemmed because it lowers the boom a whole foot and he doesn't like that. It needs to be finished. They could also use a new jib, it would have to be bought.

The trailer needs to be fixed or replaced... The brakes never have worked and they didn't pass inspection the last time.

And Gramps wants to sell it, so we probably need a little money to buy it from him.

And if he sells the motorhome the only way to pull it will be the van. Mom and dad have been talking about a slip somewhere up here in a marina for the summer or something.

Anyway, I think they will keep it. But I figured I'd pass on the list :)

Well after paddling approx 15 miles downriver we've now hitched a ride back to Gananoque on GoGo. But we have nothing to prove! We know we could paddle back.

It is forcasted to rain Friday (tomorrow) and we plan to say goodbye to my parents today.

We will buy them groceries (having a car in Gan is nice, the grocery store is not on the water!) and pack out things. We want to stop at the Hill Island tower (http://www.1000islandsskydeck.com) and climb up for a new look at where we've been paddling.

Then we'll check through into the US, hopefully the lines will be short and they won't give Sian a hard time. We'll camp at Wellesley Island State Park and use my parents van which is parked there. This way we won't have to put away tents in the rain tomorrow.

For my birthday mom gave me a new waterproof paddlers map that shows the adirondack region. I thought maybe we could head home that way... And my friend Lori got us a campsite at Fish Creek Ponds on Friday. We'll paddle the ponds and visit with Lori there.

I think Saturday we will head back to Ithaca and see Mark... Then on to Binghamton and NJ on Sunday.
