One of those Mondays

I have JBD stuff to do. I wish I could work from home. But I need to be able to check email. And I need to talk to Kraig about his database. I also probably need to be 'there' to stand in for Peter on Aviation stuff.

Anyway, I say its one of those days because first I tried to follow the line into the Pentagon thinking it was the Metro escalator... And then when I found my way to the right place my Metro pass didn't work the first time and I crashed into the gate that hadn't opened.

But I did make both trains with no waiting (just hurrying) so maybe it won't be all bad.

How did I cut myself (and break the skin) trying to cut a bagel with a
plastic knife? And why does it hurt so much?
