Pictures of House in Lakehurst

I'm debating posting these before I hear back from the landlord about
who he wants to rent it to.
The second floor was awful. Tiny bedrooms, old appliances, smell of cat
pee, small windows... Bleh. Plus, living up there leaves the downstairs
open for the family with 4 kids. Maybe there were only 2 kids, but they
sounded like 4!
The downstairs I like. The side room with the bay window is my
favorite. The front room has a weird concrete wall that's left exposed,
painted white... Strange, but conducive to tapestry or something.
The side room could be a dining room. Lots of sun in the afternoon.
Nothing fancy about the kitchen. Room for a table! But then, what do I
put in the dining room? :)
The bedrooms are pretty small.. But bigger than my current one. The
bathroom isn't big or small. It has 2 doors from 2 of the bedrooms. One
bedroom has a door to the basement. The 3rd bedroom is largest and was
added onto the house as an addition.
There are porches, screened, front and side near the back. The cats
would be happy about that I bet.
It isn't a perfect fit. At $1100 plus utilities its a little more than
I'd like to pay... But I could easily have room for a roommate. Someone
from work, but not sure who. Too bad Jason has a lease until July. I'm
worried about the utilities being insane. There are furnaces throughout
the house. So.. Oil heat? The propane is for the stove I think.
Confused there. The other thing I'm worried about is who would live
upstairs. The best candidates I saw looked younger than me.. But the
girl says she has a 9 year old... So probably about my age. They seemed
ok though.. And people who work 2 jobs are never home.
We'll see if the landlord likes me. We didn't discuss the cats. It
didn't come up and the application didn't ask.
